At Legion Jiu Jitsu safety is paramount. Accidents may happen, however, lack of seriousness during training and the resultant careless application of technique or counters contribute greatly to injury. Careless practice is disrespectful to your partners, instructors, and the academy.
Phenomenal instruction and community. Legion Jiu Jitsu is more than just the art of jiu-jitsu. It’s a supportive community and family who embraced me and my kids. I consider them the best jiu-jitsu community in Middle Tennessee.
Great environment. It doesn't matter if you are an instructor or student everyone treats you like family. Every class is a challenge, but you leave with a sense of accomplishment.
