Typically, it takes anywhere from 8 to 15 years to attain the rank of Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu. Each belt (with the exception of Blue) takes about 2-5 years of dedicated practice; Blue Belt can often be attained in about a year of dedicated study.

This is really a great Jiu Jitsu school. There is really something here for everyone of any level of ability and experience, from little kids classes and adult beginner classes, to women's and competition classes. Whatever your goal is for Jiu Jitsu, the black belts and coaches here work hard to make sure you're on the right path. It really has a family oriented vibe and it's really welcoming to newcomers. Highly recommend this school.
As someone who just moved to Tennessee, I am super thankful to be a part of this gym. Everyone has been super welcoming and supportive. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough for anyone in the area.
Great place! Great people!
