Typically, it takes anywhere from 8 to 15 years to attain the rank of Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu. Each belt (with the exception of Blue) takes about 2-5 years of dedicated practice; Blue Belt can often be attained in about a year of dedicated study.

                                            Phenomenal instruction and community.  Legion Jiu Jitsu is more than just the art of jiu-jitsu. It’s a supportive community and family who embraced me and my kids.  I consider them the best jiu-jitsu community in Middle Tennessee.
 
                                                    
                                            Great environment. It doesn't matter if you are an instructor or student everyone treats you like family. Every class is a challenge, but you leave with a sense of accomplishment.
