Coach Jake Frederick

I’ve been training jiu-jitsu since 2012. I have always enjoyed sports, but none more than jiu-jitsu. It is mentally and physically challenging and builds confidence and perseverance, but most of all, it’s just plain fun. I have competed many times in a variety of promotions and won plenty of gold medals. I hope to make your acquaintance soon.
