Professor Mike Lowery

Originally from South Florida. Started training Jiu Jitsu under Master Toco from Nova Geração. Moved to Tennessee in 2017 and trained ever since with Professor Gabriel, for which I am a black belt under. I enjoy teaching older folks who have not experienced Jiu Jitsu yet. I love watching there’s eyes open up to this wonderful art. I believe Jiu Jitsu is a lifestyle to a better life and understanding of our own body. I believe if you train right you can continue well into your golden years!!

This is really a great Jiu Jitsu school. There is really something here for everyone of any level of ability and experience, from little kids classes and adult beginner classes, to women's and competition classes. Whatever your goal is for Jiu Jitsu, the black belts and coaches here work hard to make sure you're on the right path. It really has a family oriented vibe and it's really welcoming to newcomers. Highly recommend this school.
